GENERAL MEETINGS

General membership meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 8:15pm at the Totowa PAL. All are welcome. We discuss the status of our sports and items pertaining to our facilities.

RUTGERS S.A.F.E.T.Y. TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

The Totowa PAL requires that all volunteer coaches and assistant coaches complete the Rutgers SAFETY Clinic (Sports Awareness for Educating Today's Youth ™). This course is a three-hour program that meets the "Minimum Standards for Volunteer Coaches Safety Orientation and Training Skills Programs" (N.J.A.C. 5:52).

The Totowa PAL offers this training on-site once or twice a year (typically once in the fall and once in the spring). Additional information on the "Rutgers Class" and facilities offering the training can be found here:
